FINALLY, the water is warm enough for water retrieves! As you can see I've been having a blast retrieving my new dummies.






Usually my hoomans want to go home after about an hour of nonstop retrieving, but the spaniel eyes usually earns me a few more throws before we have to go home.


Even Tagpi is enjoying this beach though he has to wear a life vest all the time since he's just about the worst swimmer in the world. He still likes to do water retrieves out of sheer terrier tenacity.

Mom ordered me this dummy thinking it was going to be much smaller. She was prepared to send it back until I proved to her that size doesn't matter to me. Besides, if I were retrieving real birds they'd be about this size anyway.


Those last two were for my hoomans' amusement. I don't understand how hoomans can get such pleasure out of torturing pups like this.

Finally, these last pics are of Tagpi and I doing what we do best: looking bootiful.
